The Liberal Club is having a series of two talks on the Nicaraguan question. Professor C. H. Haring will speak at lunch today on the fatso of Nicaraguan situation, and not in defense of American intervention as stated in Saturday's CRIMSON. He is Professor of Latin-American History at the University, and a leading authority on the subject.
Wednesday Mr. J. F. Moors, a member of the Corporation and a Fellow of the University, will give the arguments against intervention. He has been prominent in the formation of the Cotton's Committee on American Relations with Nicaragua and Mexico.
Both meetings are open to the University. Speaking begins at 1:30. The Liberal Club has so far been unable for obtain a speaker to defend Secretary Kellogg's policy.
