CHICAGO OPERA COMPANY TO GIVE "HARVARD NIGHT" SHOW

On January 31 the Chicago Civic Opera Company will launch its annual season of Grand Opera in Boston. Opening with melodious and spectacular "Aida", the Company will continue its run until February 12.

As in past years, the Company has arranged a special performance for "Harvard Night", which is on Thursday, February 3. On this occasion, "La Cena Delle Beffe", a great and colorful music drama of Florence in the days of Lorenzo the Magnificent and which has never before been given in Boston, will be presented. Claudia Muzio, one of the foremost prima donnas, will sing the leading role.
