BISHOP OF LONDON TO CONDUCT APPLETON CHAPEL SERVICES

Members of Faculty Will Also Lead Morning Chapel

His Grace, the Bishop of London and members of the Harvard Faculty will speak at the week-day morning services at 8.45 o'clock in Appleton Chapel at the University during the first and fourth weeks of the college year beginning with this morning's service when Professor Robert DeC Ward '89, chairman of the Board of Freshman Advisers addresses the students.

On Sunday, the Reverend Edward C. Moore, '78, chairman of the Board of Preachers will preach at the special morning service for new students in Appleton Chapel at 11 o'clock. The Preacher at the Sunday morning service on October 3 will be the Reverend Raymond Calkins, '90, of the Shepherd Memorial Church of Cambridge.

The program arranged of Faculty speakers at the week-day morning chapel services is as follows:

Sept. 25, Professor W. E. Hocking, '01, Alford Professor of Natural Religion, Moral Philosophy, and Civil Polity.

Sept. 27, Professor Clifford H. Moore '89, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.

Sept. 28, President A. Lawrence Lowell.

Sept. 29, Professor Joseph H. Beale '82, Royall Professor of Law.

Sept. 30, Dean Roscoe Pound Hon. '20, of the Law School.

Oct. 1, Dean Wallace B. Donham '98, of the Graduate School of Business Administration.

Oct. 2, Dean Wilard L. Sperry of the Theological School.

Oct. 4 to 9, inclusive Professor Edward C. Moore '78.

Oct. 18, His Grace, the Bishop of London.
