"The Harvard Mother Goose", by Frederick deW, Pingree, Occ, will be placed on sale at all bookstores in Boston and Cambridge this afternoon.
The little book, which is made up of 35 jingles of Mother Goose rhymes is about 70 pages in length. It is illustrated by Robert Martin '27, and costs $1.25.
"The Harvard Mother Goose," as a parody of Harvard life, is a successor of "Rollo at Cambridge," published many years ago, and the remarkable "Alico in Cambridge", which was written in 1912.
The most recent of such books was "Little Codfish Cabot at Harvard," which appeared two years ago.
