The recently appointed proctors for the Freshman dormitories next year met last night in the Faculty Room of University Hall with the present proctors and Matthew Luce 91. Regent of the University.
The purpose of the gathering was to acquaint the new proctors with the nature of their duties and to give the old ones an opportunity to make suggestions.
Certain changes in meal hours were recommended, and it was voted to hold a meeting of all the proctors in the Standish Hall Common Room on Thursday morning, September 23, the day that the Freshmen register in the autumn.
