Three Harvard net teams left the courts on Saturday with feathers of victory over Yale safely in their caps. The University tennis team took the Elis into camp on the Divinity Courts by a score of 8 to 1, and so completed a season marred by only one defeat, that at the hands of the Princeton players, winners of the Big Three title.

At the end of the Freshman singles matches at New Haven on the same day there was great anxiety on both sides for the six matches were divided evenly between the two teams. Playing stellar tennis the three Crimson Freshmen doubles teams fought their way to victory, each match going to three sets for a decision.

The feature of the University matches was the award of letters to T. E. Jansen Jr. '26, and A. R. Alien '26, who have been members of the second team for two years, and who won their letters through their playing against Yale Saturday in the University doubles. The whole team will receive minor sport 'H's as a result of its victory over the Blue, and its almost perfect record.
