Harvard Still On Track To Reach Fossil Fuel-Neutral Status by 2026, Sustainability Report Finds
New Haven, May 23,--By taking a 6 to 3 victory from Yale here yesterday Princeton won the Big Three tennis title. The Tiger netmen had already triumphed over Harvard by the narrow margin of one point.
Comparative showings against Princeton give every indication of a real battle when the Blue and Crimson rivals clash on Saturday. Whitback and Watson, the opposing leaders, have both been defeated by Van Ryn, Princeton's number one man. Watson gave the Tiger ace the harder battle, but Whitbeck's playing since his only defeat of the season has improved enough to put him on fully equal terms with his Eli opponent.
The result of the meet at Cambridge may hinge on the playing of the two captains, since the rest of the teams have turned in performances of even merit.
