Fresh from an overwhelming victory over Lehigh last Tuesday, the University tennis team faces Dartmouth at 3 o'clock this afternoon on Divinity Courts.
Although the Crimson netmen are favored to win, the Big Green line-up contains some men who are expected to furnish the local stars with stiff opposition.
Since Dartmouth is bringing only four players the University will also be forced to drop its last two regulars out of the singles matches. Smith, who has been playing number 5 this season, will see action, however, in the doubles, pairing up with Lenhart.
The only basis for comparison between the two teams is their records against Williams. Harvard won rather casily from the Purple while Dartmouth was defeated by a close score.
The Crimson line-up for today is: singles, Whitbeck, No. 1; Perkins, No. 2; Gordon, No. 3; Lenhart, No. 4; doubles, Whitbeck and Gordon, No. 1; Lenhart and Smith, No. 2.
