BARTON RETURNS TO BOAT AND 150-LB. CREW TAKES OVER WELD

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

When the University crew appeared on the Charles yesterday afternoon fresh from its victory over Princeton, the only change in Saturday's winning line-up was the reappearance of Barton at number 3. Barton, who has been a regular in the first boat all year, was supplanted in the Princeton race by Saltonstall because of an injury which he had suffered the morning of the race.

Another development in crew was made known last night with the announcement that the University 150-pourd crew will hereafter sleep together in the big room in Weld Boat House. The new plan goes into effect tonight and lasts until the Yale race. It embodies an effort by Coach Newell to mould the crew into a single and complete unit.
