MUSIC AND DANCES FOR HASTY PUDDING SHOW MADE PUBLIC

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The names of some of the leading songs in this year's Hasty Pudding Show are strongly suggestive of the pieces popular at the time of the American Revolution.

The show, entitled "1776", is in fact consistent with its title both in respect to music and dancing. All the dances conform to the old style.

"Cherry Bounce", which has been adapted by C. E. Henderson '28, from a fox troll of that name which was very much in existence in the time of George Washington, gives the key in the first act as to the type of songs that will follow.
