Beginning at 12.30 o'clock today a new system for engaging tennis courts for afternoon play on the Jarvis and Holmes fields will go into effect.

An office will be maintained at the Massachusetts Avenue end of Jarvis Field, where tickets calling for particular courts at specified hours will be sold after the hour of 12.30. A ticket obtained at this office will be necessary for playing on any court on either Jarvis or Holmes field.

The present system of reservations in advance, which enables members of the University go sign for tickets at the Hemenway Gymnasium between 8.30 and 12.30 o'clock in the morning, will be continued and reservation, ticket issued at the time of signing up. A ticket for a court thus reserved must be obtained at the office on the field not later than five minutes after the beginning of the hour for which a court is reserved.
