PROFESSOR NICOLL OF LONDON TO TEACH AT SUMMER SCHOOL

Professor Charles Townsend Copeland, Boylston Professor of Rhetoric and Oratory, who has taught in the Harvard Summer School for many years, will give a course this summer on the History of English literature during the nineteenth century, and will also give several readings which will be open to the public.

The 1926 roster of Summer School instructors will be enhanced by the presence of two visiting professors from England. John Ramsay Allardyce Nicoll, Professor of English Language and Literature at the University of London, will give a course on the Drama from the Restoration to 1800, and on the development of the theatre. The other visiting professor, William David Ross, Professor of Moral Philosophy at Oxford University, will give a course on the Philosophy of Aristotle.

The season, which begins on July 6, will end on August 14.
