Harlow to Address Liberals

At 1.30 o'clock this afternoon Mr. Roy Harlow, the executive secretary of the Filene Co-operative Association, will speak at the Liberal Club on "Industrial Democracy." Mr. Harlow is to be the guest of the Liberal Club at a luncheon, after which his talk will be open to all members of the University.

Mr. Harlow is the active manager of the work which is being done in the Filene store for improving the conditions of work there and promoting cooperation between the employees and the management of the business. He will tell of the attempts that have been made to apply theoretical American democracy to a successful industrial enterprise, and the results that these endeavors have shown.
