The lid will be raised on the Freshman tennis season today, when Coach Cowles' pupils will meet in the Freshman Gymnasium at 2 o'clock for their initial practice. The men will be assigned practice sessions of one-half hour each, and will practice twice each week.

Coach Cowles, as usual, will be hampered on account of the lack of floor space for the entire 46 men who reported yesterday.

Manager Lyon Boston '26 has announced that the competition for Freshman tennis manager will begin today, and requests that all men interested in trying out for the position to report at the H. A. A. at 1 o'clock.
