HASTY PUDDING CLUB ANNOUNCES ITS CAST

PLAY OPENS APRIL 14, AND WILL TOUR WEST LATER

After several preliminary try-outs last week a tentative cast for the Hasty Pudding show has been chosen. Scott Wilson '27, whose impersonation of the leading lady was the distinguishing feature of last year's show, will again appear in that role. The other important feminine parts will be filled by C. S. Gross '27, C. B. Lyon '27, and J. O. Rosecrans '27. Gross and Wilson are particularly noted for their skill and grace in various forms of specialty dancing. F. M. Eaton '27 and N. S. Hess '27 will take the chief male parts. All of the six above mentioned actors were in last year's show. The chorus has been picked as follows: girls--W. W. Adams '28, S. W. De Rham '27, Gardner Emmons '28, F. W. Satherthwaite '28, M. B. Wells '28, B. A. G. Thorndike '26; men, C. D. Coady '27, S. F. Daley '27, J. M. Gates, W. C. Harris '28, George Higginson '27, H. B. Jackson '27, G. R. Leighton '26, who is the coauthor of the play with W. F. White '24, R. P. MacFadden '27, K. D. Maun '26, R. F. O'Meil '27, R. H. Sanger '28, and O. F. Wadsworth '27.

Louis Silvers Did Ploking

The try outs which were held last week under the direction of Louis Silvers, well known Broadway manager, consisted chiefly of practice readings and dances. After a rest this week the cast will resume active work on Monday.

The complete schedule of productions both in Cambridge and on the Western four has also been announced.

Premiere Will Be April 14

The opening night will be in the Hasty Pudding Club on April 14, which is graduates' night. On April 15 and 16 public performances will be given at the Club The schedule for the western trip follows: April 17, North Hampton; April 19, Buffalo; April 20, Detroit; April 21, Cleveland; April 22, Pittsburgh; April 23. New York; April 26, 27, and 28, Boston at the Hollis Street Theatre.
