Petitions for the additions of new names to the list of nominees for Freshman class officers, which was announced last Wednesday by the Student Council Committee on Freshman Affairs, must be handed in by tonight it was announced yesterday by J. L. Pool '28, who has been appointed by the committee to take charge of the elections. These petitions must be indorsed by 35 members of the class.
The men who were nominated by the Student Council committee are; for president, A. E. French Jr. and John Tudor; for vice-president, S. C. Burns, C. McK. Norton, R. H. O'Connell, and K. D. Robinson; for secretary-treasurer, Winslow Carlton, B. W. Griscom, W. S. Youngman. All Freshmen have been urged to attend the polls on the election day which is Wednesday, February 25, since a 60 percent vote of the class must be registered in order that the election be valid.
