TO PUBLISH THIRD VOLUME OF EIGHT HARVARD POETS

Manuscripts for the third volume of "Eight Harvard Poets", which is published every few years, will be received at 9 Warren House until December 22 at 4 o'clock, it was announced yesterday.

Each candidate will submit not less than eight and not more than twelve poems of moderate length. The manuscript should be signed with a pseudonym, and should be accompanied by an envelope with the pseudonym on the outside and the candidate's real name inside.

The competition is open to any undergraduate student in the University.

Bliss Perry, Professor of English literature, will supervise the final selection of the eight poets. A committee will be chosen from the Faculty of the English Department to assist him. This body will include S. F. Damon '14 and K. P. Kempton '12.

The lost volume of "Eight Harvard Poets" appeared in 1923.
