150 CANDIDATES ENROLLED FOR CLASS SQUASH LEAGUE

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

With over, 150 candidates entered in the lists for the preliminary tournaments, class squash is proving as popular as class football was this fall. Manager Is. H. Gordon '27 announced last night than 53 Seniors, 58 Juniors, and 47 Sophomores had signed their aames in the entries for play which must start at once.

Elimination tournaments will be held in each of the three upper classes, and a seven-man team will be chosen from the top 10 or 12 players to represent each class in the class squash league. Due to conflicts with the Freshman Dormitory squash and interference with compulsory athletics, no elimination tournament will be run for Freshmen, but the Second Freshman squad will represent the class in the intramural league.

Pairings for the first round are posted at the University Squash Courts. Manager Gordon declared that all first-round matches must be played by 6 o'clock Saturday.
