GORE WINS INTERDORMITORY FALL SPORT COMPETITION

Smith and Standish Halls in Tie for Second Place

The Fall Championship of the Freshman Interdormitory Competition was won by Gore Hall by a decisive margin, it was announced yesterday. Smith and Standish Halls tied for second place, and McKinlock trailed at the end of the league.

The method of scoring was similar to that used in track meets, the dormitory winning each event being awarded five points, the second receiving three, and the third one. Tennis and rowing were each divided into three competitions, points being awarded for each division. Points were awarded for the number of men in each dormitory who won their numerals.
