The question "Resolved: That this house believes that the democratic form of government has failed" will be the subject for debate before the Debating Union this evening. The meeting will commence promptly at 7.30 o'clock in the Union Living Room.
B. T. Wright, a tutor in the Department of Government, will propose the question. C. P. Wright 1G, a student from Oxford, will also support the affirmative. The negative will be upheld by D. K. Barnes '27 and Dr. John Dickinson, lecturer in the Government Department.
The motion for the vote may be presented any time after the end of the prepared speeches.
