It was announced yesterday by the College Office that all men who wish to borrow money from that portion of the Lowell Loan Fund which is under the control of a Board of Trustees in Boston should apply not later than tomorrow.

Applications must be made in writing according to instructions which may be obtained at 4 University Hall.

The amounts of the loans range from $75 to $100 Preference is given to members of the three upper classes in the College.
