Debating Union Meets Tonight

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The third meeting of the Harvard Debating Union is scheduled for 7.45 o'clock this evening in the Living Room of the Union. The subject selected for discussion is Resolved: That this house favors the revision of the Versailles treaty in respect to the war guilt of the Central powers."

Professor Harry Elmer Barnes of the Historical Sociology department of Smith College will open the controversy with a talk championing the pre-war policies of Germany and her associates.

A change of chairmen was announced by the Union management last night. D. W. Chapman '27 will preside at the discussion instead of R. K. Straus '27, who made known his inability to attend the debate yesterday.
