UNION GRID GRAPH TO KEEP PACE WITH YALE BOWL PLAY

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Union will provide a play by play account of the Yale football game on Saturday for men not planning to make the pilgrimage to New Haven, it was announced by Union officials yesterday.

Arrangements will be made to take care of several hundred men in the Living Room on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock although it is expected that the majority of the student body will be among the thousands in the Yale Bowl.

The grid-graph recording device is an electrical board that registers by means of small lights the action taking place on each play. The contrivance has been used successfully for many contests in the past.

Only members of the Union, bearing their membership cards, will be admitted to the Yale game broadcast. The recording will start at the same time play begins in the Bowl. The reports will be flashed to W. C. Bramble '23, veteran grid-graph operator.
