Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
Sparing no man in his effort to win Saturday's game with Brown, Coach Horween announced last night that he would start his strongest available eleven against the invading Bruins. "We are out to win that game," declared Horween," and there will be no saving of men for the Yale game. Our strongest possible team will line up against Brown."
This announcement definitely ends the rumors that the University mentor might adopt a conservative policy and keep his recently-injured stars out of the Brown tilt, concentrating all his efforts on next week's struggle with Yale. In the University football camp the feeling persists that a victory over the Bruins, who have a clean state to date, would be enough to warrant every effort, and even a few risks.
The statement that all members of the squad will be ready for the Yale game was confirmed last night by Dr. T. K. Richards '15. He added that there were hopes of having every man in shape for Saturday's engagement with Brown.
Captain Coady appeared at the field yesterday afternoon in civilian clothes and walking with a cane which he hopes to discard tonight, in order to be in uniform tomorrow. Kilgour was another who watched the practice in mufti. Bruen, substitute guard who has been out for two weeks, was dressed, but did no work. Guarnaccia did not report.
Work-Out Short Yesterday
Yesterday's workout, was one of the shortest of the season, the team being on the field exactly an hour. The men did not appear on the field until after 4 o'clock, when the session opened with the usual kicking drill. In this workout French showed that he was entirely recovered from his bruising play of last Saturday, and is in prime condition to face any invader.
A long drill on fundamentals followed, with the backfield drilling intensively on interfering, while the ends put in a hard tackling session. The practice closed with a dummy scrimmage, in which Team A launched its attack against Team B, which was on the defensive for the whole session. The first team went through its entire repertoire of plays.
