The finals in the University tennis tournaments have been delayed by the unfavorable weather of the last few days. J. F. W. Whitback '27 and L. H. Gordon '27 will meet Monday on Jarvis Field to determine the singles title.
The only match played in the University doubles resulted in the 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 victory of J. H. Appleton '29 and J. C. Rueier '29 over Arthur Ingraham '30 and Brooks Whitehouse 2L. The strong showing of the Sophomore combination has been one of the surprises of the tournament. They are the only team now in the finals.
In the Union doubles, G. H. Perkins 1G. and C. R. Hamlen '29 advanced to the finals by defeating T. O. Kingsbury '27 and Stephen Thompson '27, 6-3, 3-6, 6-1.
