INTERNATIONAL CLUB MEETS AT PHILIPS BROOKS HOUSE

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The newly formed International Club, which will fill the gap left by the disbanding of the Cosmopolitan Club several years ago, is to convene for the first time at 7.30 o'clock tonight at Phillips Brooke House.

The purpose of the new organization as outlined by J. D. Gatsos '29, Secretary Treasurer and Chairman of the program committee, is to unite the foreign students of the University. At the meetings they will be addressed by men who are familiar with current international relations and will have an opportunity to discuss on neutral grounds the problems of their respective nations.

The principal speaker tonight will be J. F. Moors '83, who will present the American business man's views on international co-operation. J. M. Hernandez 4G., president of the club, will then state the principles of the new organization. Musical entertainment, sleight-of-hand; tricks, and refreshments will conclude the initial assembly, which will last not longer than an hour. All foreign students in the University are invited to attend.
