The public will have its first opportunity to see the "Fool for Scandal" this evening at 8.15 o'clock at the Pi Eta Theatre.
Last night the cast appeared for the first time before an audience in the annual Graduate Night performance. Mr. G. V. C. Lord, coach of this production as of those in previous years, expressed himself very well pleased with the work of his pupils. "In many ways I think this is the best show Pi Eta has ever put on", he said. "In other years we've done some pretty good work but I think everyone who gets a chance to see the "Fool for Scandal" will rate it higher than any of the others; higher even than "Peter Called Prince'. The boys have caught on to some pretty tricky dance steps this year; in costume no one could tell them from the choruses of some of the shows in town. As for the principals, will, you'll have to wait and see for yourself. They have to be seen to be believed."
Tickets for all performances may be bought at the Club Theatre, Herrick's, and Leavitt and Peirce. Performance after tonight will be held at Brookline January 12; Andover, January 15; and at the Pi Eta Theatre, January 18 and 19.
