For the benefit of the many Freshmen who have been inquiring at the Crimson Building for information in regard to the opening of the fall CRIMSON competitions, it is announced that no competitions are opened to Freshmen during the first half of the year.

Shortly after mid-years the first Freshman business competition will be held, and early in March the News, Photographic, and Business Departments will all open Freshman competitions which will terminate towards the end of May.

A preliminary explanation of the requirements of CRIMSON competitions will be made by the President at the Informal Meeting for Freshmen which will be held in the Phillips Brooks House tomorrow evening at 7.30 o'clock.
