NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

M. L. Brown '25, hero of this year's Hasty Pudding show, "Laugh It Off", will become a professional musical comedy star for a day at least, this afternoon and evening. He will appear as the leading man in "Topsy and Eva" for the matinee and evening performances at the Colonial Theatre in Boston.

If Brown's performance today is as pleasing to the management as his rehearsals have been, a permanent place with the "Topsy and Eva" company is assured him He will then continue to play the leading male role with the company in the United States this summer and will go with it to London next Fall. Brown's voice is considered, by those close to the professional stage, to be far above the average of the musical comedy star.
