The final plans for Class Day Week have been completed according to a statement by M. W. Greenough '25, Chairman of the Class Day Committee. Announcements concerning the activities of the week will be sent shortly to all members of the Senior class. Among the features of the program will be the Baccalaureate Sermon on Sunday in Appleton Chapel by President Lowell and the address in Appleton Chapel on Class Day by the Right Reverend William Lawrence '71, D. D., Bishop of Massachusetts.
The program of the week is as follows:
Sunday, June 14
4.00 P. M.--Baccalaureate Sermon by President Lowell and Baccalaureate Hymn. Words and Hymn by Hugh Whitney '25. Appleton Chapel.
5.00 to 6.30 P. M.--Reception to Senior class by President Lowell, 17 Quincy Street.
Monday, June 15
8.00 P. M.--Senior Spread and Dance, Memorial Hall.
Tuesday, June 16
Seniors' Class Day
9.00 A. M.--Senior class chapel services. Appleton Chapel. Address by the Right Reverend William Lawrence '71, D. D., Bishop of Massachusetts.
11.00 A. M.--Sanders Theatre exercises: Prayer, Professor Edward C. Moore '78: Oration, Philip Walker; Poem, John Marshall: Ode, John Adams Abbott.
2.00 P. M.--Harvard-Yale baseball game, Yale field.
3.30 P. M.--Tree Oration, Ranlet Miner. Beside Holden Chapel.
4.00 P. M.--Stadium Exercises: Ivy Oration, Robert Emlen Sumner.
8.00 to 11 P. M.--Dancing in the Gymnasium and in Memorial Hall.
9.00 P. M.--Singing by the Glee Club on the steps of Widener Library.
Wednesday, June 17
3.00 P. M.--Harvard-Yale baseball game, Soldiers Field.
Thursday, June 18
Commencement Day
9.45 A. M.--Exercises in Sever Quadrangle.
Friday, June 19
11.30 A. M.--Phi Beta Kappa Oration and Poem, Sanders Theatre.
Harvard-Yale Rowing Regatta, New London Conn.
9.45 A. M.--Freshman eight-oar downstream, the upper two miles of the four-miles course.
10.10 A. M.--Second University eight-oar downstream, the upper two miles of the four-mile course.
5.00 P. M.--University eight-oar upstream, four miles, from Red Top to the railroad bridge.
Races are scheduled on Eastern standard time.
