SOCCER SQUADS BEGIN SPRING WORK TODAY FOR FALL GRIND

Meeting at 3 O'clock--Practice Games Scheduled

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Spring practice for the University and Freshman soccer squads will begin today at 3 o'clock. Soccer men will meet at that time at the Locker Building.

The spring training will include many practice games and games with industrial schools and colleges. Emphasis will be placed, however, on learning thoroughly the principles of the game. It is believed that the spring training, which was stressed last year, had a considerable part in this year's victory over Yale. Freshmen are particularly urged to come out by the management, as spring training will give them a pronounced advantage next fall.
