Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
The University Glee Club will take an extended Southern trip during the spring vacation, it was announced last night by the management. The trip will be made by 60 men, with Dr. Davison '06 conducting, and will include New York, Washington, and Ithaca in its itinerary.
The first performance will take place on Saturday, April 18, in Carnegie Hall, New York. The men will have Sunday free and will assemble on Monday afternoon to go to Summit, N. J., where they will give a concert under the auspices of the Harvard Club of New Jersey. After the concert there will be dancing.
To Be Harvard Club Guests
On Tuesday morning, the club will entrain for Philadelphia, lunching at the Bellevue-Stratford as guests of the Harvard Club of Philadelphia. In the evening they will give a concert at the Philadelphia Academy of Music under the auspices of the Philadelphia Forum.
The club will move to Wilmington, Del., attending in the afternoon a tea-dance given by Mr. Charles Copeland '89. The concert is to be in the evening in the Play House, under the auspices of the Harvard Club of Delaware.
Will be Received At White House
The next point on the itinerary is Washington where the club will be received it the White House at 12.30 on Thursday. They will sing at the Walter Reed and at the Mt. Alto Hospitals, and will give a regular concert in the evening at the National Theatre. A dinner is being given for the club in the evening by the Harvard Club of Washington at the University Club.
Leaving Washington late Thursday night, the club will reach Pittsburg the following day. They will have the day free until the concert in the evening at the Carnegie Music Hall under the auspices of the Civic Club of Allegheny County.
The last concert of the trip will take place at Cornell University, where on Saturday night the club will sing in Bailey Hall.
After Ithaca, the club will return to New York where it will disband.
Throughout the trip, J. R. Houghton 2G will be the soloist for the "Credo," by Gretchaninov.
