NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The spring training season for the University tennis team will officially open this afternoon with a meeting of all candidates for the squad in the Freshman Athletic Building at 6 o'clock. Coach Harry L. Cowles will speak to the men and outline their season's work.

Actual practice cannot begin until the opening of the tennis courts, which will probably take place on April 6. Until then there will be no regular work except for occasional volley practice in the athletic building. The first match is scheduled for April 18 when the team meets the Agawam Hunt Club at Providence.
