"Haggerty will not appear before the N. E. A. A. U.", insisted Coach Farrell yesterday. "The A. A. U. is not justified in asking him to explain his non-appearance and failure to compete in the Legion Games of last Monday. I was responsible for his withdrawal and I will do any appearing that has to be done."
