W. P. Dixon '25, captain of the University squash team will be a competitor in both the individual and team events of the national tournament to be held in Buffalo next week, it was announced yesterday at the H. A. A.
Dixon will devote most of his efforts toward helping the Crimson win the national team championship. With 42 victories to its credit out of 45 games played, the team eaters the tournament with strong hopes for the title and Captain Dixon intends to sacrifice his individual chances if they interfere with his playing in the team matches.
Today Dixon plays M. P. Baker '22 at the B. A. A. for the state singles championship. He defeated Baker by a scant margin, when they met in a league match this winter.
