DECLARES IMMORALITY BRED IN BOSTON BY PROFESSORS

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"Immorality is being bred in Greater Boston by college professors", says the Cambridge edition of that well known paper, the Boston American, in reporting the sermon of the Reverend James P. Kelly, pastor of St. John's Catholic Church.

The article continues with the startling statement, "Crime is rampant, and the answer is in the teachings of these professors." It becomes even more explicit later on with the denunciation of "certain philosophical heads of departments in educational institutions."

Although little knowledge could be obtained last evening of the reported crime wave at the University, the CRIMSON did get in touch with Father Dorr, a close friend and fellow pastor of Father Kelly. He categorically denied that Father Kelly made any such remarks as were reported, and said, "The whole thing is absurd."
