"A philosophical anarchist, but not a Communist," is termed Mr. Donald Stevens, recently returned from reconstruction work in Russia, who will address the members of the Liberal Club today at 1.30 o'clock.
Mr. Stevens has been introducing American farming implements and methods under the Russian Reconstruction Farms, incorporated since last May, and expects to continue the work for several years.
During the war Mr. Stevens, who is the son of Frank Stevens, the head of a single tax colony in Delaware, was a conscientious objector and is a believer in anarchism.
The Boston committee of the Russian Reconstruction Farms has as its honorary chairman, Charles W. Eliot, President-Emeritus of the University. Frederick P. Cabot '90, of the Board of Overseers is Active Chairman of the Committee.
