Viscount Matsudaira, Japanese Ambassador to the United States, will deliver an informal talk following a tea and reception in his honor at 2.30 o'clock this afternoon in the Philips Brooks House, before the Harvard Japanese Students Association.
The ambassador and his wife have come from Washington. D. C., for a short visit, and will be the guests of the Harvard students at a banquet at the Copley Plaza tonight. The Japanese Students Association of the University has over 20 members and 70 Invitations have beer sent out.
