Charles Russel Keene '28 of Harrisburg, Pa., yesterday was appointed assistant manager of the soccer team. At the same time, the soccer management announced the appointment of Frederick Clay Bartlett '29 of New York City as Freshman manager.

Both these appointments are subject to the approval of the Athletic Committee.
