PRESTON APPOINTED SECOND ASSISTANT CREW MANAGER

John McAfee Preston '28, of Mt. Kiscoe, New York, has been appointed Second Assistant Crew Manager, it was announced last night.

The other results of the Sophomore managerial competition, which has been held for the last six weeks, are as follows: Mason Bacheller Wells '28, of Southbridge, was appointed manager of the 150-pound crews: and Paul Thomson Haskell Jr. '28, of Philadelphia, Pa., was made class crew manager.

Preston prepared at Loomis, where he was engaged in varied activities. Last year he was Freshman Second Assistant Football Manager, and won second place in the crew managership for Freshmen.
