Lacrosse Practice Begins

Eight of last year's lettermen are expected to be among the lacrosse candidates who will report at Soldiers Field this afternoon for the first day of fall practice, under the direction of Captain A. E. Reed '26.

The fall practice will consist of about six weeks of preliminary training and work on stick handling, and will be followed by a practice game with the Boston Lacrosse Club. This organization is made up almost entirely of graduates and is expected to prove strong competition. The regular schedule will not open until next spring.

Some of the veterans expected out for the first practice today are Captain A. C. Reed '26, W. W. Babson '27, D. R. Salfer '26, J. C. Skilling '26, H. H. Watch-pocket '28, and G. H. Watsom '26.
