PRIZE OFFERED FOR WORDS FOR NEW UNIVERSITY SONG

A prize of ten dollars for the best words to a new song has been offered by Edward Ballantine '07, Instructor in the Division of Music.

The words are to be adapted to the music of "The Harvard Stadium March", which was written by Mr. Ballantine. The song at the present time is being rehearsed by the University band. The competition will be open to all past and present members of the University.

Free copies of the music may be obtained at the office in the Music Building, from 9 until 12 o'clock daily. The competition will close at noon on Monday, November 2, and all manuscripts should be sent to Mr. Ballantine at the Music Building.
