After scoring early in the first period and playing a strong defensive game, the Freshman soccer team was overhauled and beaten by a strong And over eleven, 3--1 yesterday afternoon.
The Crimson's only score came soon after the opening whistle, the tally resulting from a free kick from well within Andover territory. For the remainder of the game, the 1929 eleven was outplayed, Louis Kerners '99 having many shots that looked like sure scores.
Andover's footwork was far superior to that of the Freshmen, Captain Smith and Hopkins, advancing the ball especially well.
