Yesterday evening at 8 o'clock, the Deutscher Verein held its first meeting of the year in the Faculty Room of the Union. Plans for the coming season were discussed, the possibility of the presentation of a miracle play at Christmas being prominently mentioned.
The principal speaker of the evening was Dr. T. W. Starck of the German Department in the University. E. W. Gross '27, president of the club, also gave a short address in which he outlined the policy and purposes of the organization.
