A total of 419 members of the class of 1926 applied for rooms in the Senior dormitories for next year, according to an announcement made public last night by the committee, of which M. A. Cheek, '26 is chairman.
These men applied in 93 groups as follows: ten groups of 18, four groups of 12, four groups of six, four groups of five, 12 groups of four, five groups of three, 19 groups of two, and 36 single applications.
The draw will be made as soon as possible, and the result will be announced in the CRIMSON, probably before the end of this week. After the allotment has been announced, the committee will hold office hours in order to fill unassigned rooms with men who lost out in the draw.
