FRESHMAN TRACK MEET POSTPONED TILL TODAY

Was To have Been Held Yesterday at Soldiers Field

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman track team will open its season today when it meets Boston Latin School, Boston English High School, and Lynn English High School at Soldiers Field today at 3.30 o'clock. This meet was originally scheduled for yesterday, but owing to the unfavorable conditions it was postponed until today.

The Freshman are as yet untested and little is known of their true strength. A. H. O'Neil is expected to win several points in the running events while W. P. Pratt is reported to be the best with the weights. Nothing is known of the power of the opposing teams as they, too, are untried in competition.
