Active work by students on the Phillips Brooks House Information Bureau was discontinued September 24. However, information will still gladly be given by Phillips Brooks House.
The bureau was very successful this year in accomplishing its aims. For students without rooms in dormitories, the bureau found over 600 rooms. It made a complete register of all the students of the University by states and countries, enabling those from the same parts of the world to meet each other with ease.
The Bureau received mail for roomless students and checked bundles and suitcases during the day. It was estimated by W. I. Tibbetts '17 that the bureau gave information to 3500 individuals. The bureau was open daily and on Sundays during the opening weeks of the University.
