Advocate to Start Competition

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Harvard Advocate will start this fall's business competition on Monday, September 29, at 7.30 o'clock, at the Advocate Building at 69 Mt. Auburn St. Possibly six men may be elected from the Freshman and Sophomore Classes, which are the only classes eligible in the competition.

Later in the week, the literary competition, open to the whole college will start. It will be an informal competition lasting throughout the year. Editors of the Advocate will hold office hours two nights a week, to meet the candidates.

The prospects of the year are favorable to the Advocate. Many of last years best writers are back, and the Advocate is in a financially sound condition.
