NEW SYSTEM TO SIMPLIFY APPLICATION FOR TICKETS

PLACE LIMIT OF FOUR TICKETS FOR DARTMOUTH GAME

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Much of the confusion connected, in the past, with filing ticket applications at the H. A. A., will be eliminated by a new system to be put into operation in the near future it was announced last night. The new system resembles that employed in cafeterias, in that the applications are verified, stamped, and recorded, and then paid for by the applicants at the cashier's desk as they go out.

Cashier's Desk Installed

Students will fill out and hand in their application cards, as in the past, and will then go to the far end of the room and form a line at the cashier's desk. In the meantime the applications will be verified to make sure that the signatures are correct. Then the applications will be stamped with the receipt card numbers and the cashier will call off the names in order as they appear on the applications, and the student whose name has been called, will step up and pay the cashier for his tickets.

New System to Speed up Service

The system has one great advantage: in that one may get tickets to different games at the same time and pay for them all at once, instead of having to get each ticket sperarately. This is expected to save much time and make the organization far more efficient.

In addition, the Athletic Association announced that four tickets will be the limit of any single application for the Dartmouth Game.

In regard to the time limit for applications, graduates should note the following change. Formerly an application was accepted if postmarked on or before closing hour, although not actually received at the Association until later. Henceforth an application will be considered late if not actually received at the Association Office by the closing hour.
