The Prince of Wales may visit Harvard College some time early this week, if a favorable reply is received to a telegram sent late Saturday night by officers of the Harvard Union inviting the Prince to be present in Cambridge during the opening days of Harvard's 289th year.

The text of the telegram which was sent to the Prince at the summer estate of James A. Burden, Syosset, L. L., is as follows:

"Members of Harvard University and the Harvard Union Club would be highly honored if you could have luncheon at the Union and speak informally from its platform on Monday, the first day of the college year, or thereafter. The entire affair will be made as informal as is desired."

The invitation was signed by C. P. Fordyce '23, graduate secretary of the Union, and E. G. Lowry, vice president of the Union.
